Joshua’s mother passed away four years ago, leaving his older brother, Felix, to care for Joshua and his brothers. At just 19 years old, Felix has taken on the responsibility of providing for the family, despite never having had the opportunity to attend school himself. Although he has done everything he can to keep his brothers in school, he struggles to meet all of their daily needs. With Felix’s support, Joshua has come into the care of Imani Orphan Care, where he will receive a safe home, education, and the care every child deserves.  Joshua is a quiet, gentle boy who is grateful for the opportunity to learn and hopes education will provide a brighter future for himself and his family.
