Maryann is the only child in her family. Her father is alive, and her mother abandoned her when she was just 2 months old. Due to poverty and unemployment her father took her to be cared for by her elderly grandmother. Sadly, her grandmother passed away in 2023. We are so thankful that we can be a family to Maryann at Imani Home of Love. Maryann is now able to get an education and to have all her needs met. She is very happy to be in school.
